COMPANIES City Lofts Group, which develops Conran-designed urban apartments, yesterday announced its largest development with the acquisition of a freehold site in Cardiff Bay.
The Aim-listed group said that it had acquired Bay Pointe in the Welsh capital from Cardiff council for £31m - £15.5m of which will be deferred for 12 months.
