The face of the St Helier waterfront is changing quickly.

New office buildings are rising from the rubble of building sites. At the edge of St Aubin’s bay, an unsightly car park on reclaimed land is soon to be replaced by a development of 600,000 sq ft of offices, 60,000 sq ft of retail space and more than 600 apartments.
