The United Nations on Wednesday ordered the evacuation of most of its employees from Peshawar, the north-western Pakistani city, after suspected Islamic militants on Tuesday drove a truck packed with explosives to a luxury hotel, killing 16 people including two UN officials and injuring up to 70 others.
