Victor Mallet, editor of the FT Asia edition, and Tom Mitchell, the FT’s South China correspondent, interviewed Donald Tsang, chief executive of Hong Kong, ahead of the 10th anniversary of the former British colony’s return to China. Financial Times: Looking ahead to your next term, what are the priorities going to be? What are the things you want to be remembered by?
