Air security checks ‘hitting corporate travel’

UK business leaders are worried that the tough security regime at UK airports, particularly London Heathrow, is a deterrent to corporate travel.

Stringent hand luggage checks continue to complicate travel through Heathrow, even though there has been an easing of the strictest restrictions, imposed in August when security services disrupted an alleged plot to blow up transatlantic airliners.
