Clinton urges public-private co-operation

Bill Clinton, the former US president, on Friday called for co-operation between the public and private sectors to address social challenges across the world.

“Individuals have to do more because…very often we can do more in less time with less money,” he said in the closing session of the Clinton Global Initiative, at which 245 pledges were made involving billions of dollars in investments and grants.
