Observer: Who's really the man at Ford?

Bill Ford and Alan Mulally will soon have a golden opportunity to show the world who is really at the wheel of Ford Motor Company.

Under the boardroom shuffle announced on Tuesday, Ford will be executive chairman of the world's third biggest carmaker, while Mulally, formerly head of Boeing's commercial aircraft division, is taking over as chief executive.
