Global corporate tax rates fall

Competition for investment is driving down corporate tax rates around the world, with average rates falling from 27.2 per cent to 26.8 per cent in the past year, a survey has found.

But the pace of the decline has slowed compared with the past decade, according to the survey of 92 countries by KPMG, the professional services group.
