Costa award takes small publisher to new heights

Since taking the stage this week to accept the Costa book award for her first novel The Tenderness of Wolves, Stef Penney's name has remained on the lips of Britain's literati.

But the award has not only made a name for Ms Penney but also for her small and relatively unknown publisher, Quercus.
