Investors’ ruling set for appeal in Turkey

Turkey’s capital markets watchdog is appealing against a court ruling favouring investors who claimed they were unfairly treated in a lucrative takeover.

The dispute between the investors and the Capital Markets Board concerns the €4.5bn ($7bn) takeover of Finansbank by National Bank of Greece in 2006.
