France reforms its Anglo-Saxon attitudes

For many years French politicians poured scorn on “Anglo-Saxon” capitalism.

Former president Jacques Chirac once famously declared economic liberalism – seen as the dominant ideology of English-speaking countries – to be as dangerous for the world as communism.
