SCi Entertainment, the games publisher behind the Lara Croft Tomb Raider franchise, is raising £60m in a new share offer, up to a quarter of which will be taken up by Time Warner’s Warner Bros arm.

After announcing on Wednesday it rejected an indicative offer, SCi, the UK’s biggest game publisher, said on Friday it was further cementing its relationship with Warner Bros arm by signing a distribution agreement to grow the North American market.
