A little-known terrorist group has claimed responsibility for bomb blasts that killed 63 people in Jaipur and warned India against supporting the US and UK on international issues by threatening an “open war against India.”
A group calling itself Indian Mujahideen emailed a local television news channel Wednesday evening, saying it carried out the worst terrorist attack in India in more than a year that aimed to cripple tourism in the historic city.
