Pentagon hacker closer to extradition

A self-taught computer enthusiast sought by US authorities for the “biggest hack of military computers ever detected” has lost his appeal against extradition.

Two senior British judges on Tuesday dismissed arguments in the High Court that there had been abuse of process in the case of Gary McKinnon over an alleged plea bargain offer. Claims that his human rights would be breached if he was sent for trial in the US were also rejected.
