Ernst & Young was reminded yesterday that its Equitable Life ordeal was not over as a regulator began preparing to take complaints against two of its auditors to a tribunal.
The Accountants' Joint Disciplinary Scheme filed the complaints last September but the opening of an independent tribunal was put on hold until the end of Equitable's case against its former auditors.
