HK tycoons up in arms over stock rule

Speaking at the Foreign Correspondents’ Club last month, the head of Hong Kong’s market regulator was asked to compare his experience in the territory with his past life as deputy chief executive of the London Stock Exchange.

The questioner wanted to know if the considerable power wielded by Hong Kong tycoons made Martin Wheatley’s job more challenging than his last one.
