A German regional court has upheld an injunction taken out by Ryanair against Vtours.de, a German travel website that has been selling tickets of the Dublin-based no-frills airline’s flights without permission.

The Hamburg Court decision on Thursday confirmed that Ryanair’s injunction remained in place, preventing Vtours from “screenscraping” the airline’s website to buy tickets and then resell them at inflated prices.
