Oil stocks stand out in subdued Tokyo

Japanese shares moved little on Thursday, a day after the sudden resignation of Shinzo Abe, prime minister.

The Nikkei 225 closed 0.2 per cent higher at 15,821.19, while the Topix was down 0.4 per cent at 1,522.87.
