Supreme Court backs worker retaliation suits

US workers who face retaliation after they complain about racial or age-related discrimination are entitled to sue their employers, the Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday.

A pair of decisions guarantees broader protection for US workers who suffer after speaking out against workplace bias, but business groups warned it could lead to more retaliation lawsuits.
