Maurice Levy, chief executive of Publicis Groupe, the French communications group, said that he would be interested in acquiring Razorfish, Microsoft’s digital agency, if it was for sale.
“We will look at this if the assumptions in the press are confirmed.” Mr Levy told analysts on a conference call on Thursday morning. “We consider that it is a fine company. We consider that they have some interesting advantages. They fit quite well with our strategy.”
