Grasso wins latest round in pay battle

A New York state appeals court panel handed Richard Grasso a partial victory on Tuesday in his effort to hang on to more than $100m in compensation paid to him by the New York Stock Exchange.

In a 3-2 decision, the court dismissed four of six causes of action filed against the former NYSE chairman by New York state in an attempt to get him to return the money.
