When luxury carmaker Bentley opened an outlet in Delhi in 2003, “people thought we’d close down within a year”, says Satya Prakash Bagla, director of Bentley New Delhi.

Bentley does not disclose sales figures in India but since opening, the total sold is well into the double digits.
