DCC buys Shell unit

DCC, the UK’s largest distributor of oil products, has reached conditional agreement with Royal Dutch Shell to buy its Austrian products business.

DCC is paying €18.3m ($27.4m) in cash and will be the Irish company’s second such acquisition in continental Europe this year.
