Jakarta must rally to restore its reputation

In a keenly awaited ruling, Indonesia’s supreme court has rejected the bulk of an appeal by Temasek, Singapore’s state-owned investment holding company, against a lower court judgment that it used subsidiaries’ minority stakes in Indonesia’s two largest mobile phone operators to control the market.
