Genting reveals hand on Stanley Leisure

A Malaysian gambling company is understood to be behind an offer for Stanley Leisure, the second overseas casino operator to be circling a UK casino company in less than five days.

The offer for Stanley comes swiftly after Harrahs, the world’s biggest gaming company, effectively broke up a proposed nil-premium merger between Stanley and London Clubs International, its UK rival, by bidding for LCI on Thursday.
