Personal view: A low frequency plan for an economic stimulus

The global economy might be reeling but analyst predictions give the mobile industry, which is still adding 1.5m connections every day, reasons for optimism.

Today, there are 4bn mobile connections worldwide and that is set to rise to nearly 6bn by 2012. Almost 1bn of these will be mobile broadband connections.
