Police in Belgrade arrested a suspected Serb underworld boss, Sretan Jocic, over the murder of a Croatian magazine publisher with a car bomb last October, Serbia’s interior ministry said on Monday.

Croatian police had quickly rounded up several former Yugoslav suspects, suggesting a murder plot linked to Serbian organised crime.
