Freud takes a 3.3% stake in M&C Saatchi

Two of the best-known names in British marketing are to come together after it emerged that Matthew Freud has bought a 3.3 per cent stake in the advertising agency M&C Saatchi.

Mr Freud told the Financial Times he bought the shares in his own name rather than through his public relations company, Freud Communications.
