‘Scammers’ target trust investors

JZ Capital Partners, a Guernsey-based investment trust, has warned shareholders that they might be the victims of identity theft.

The company reported the matter to the police and the Financial Services Authority and warned that some investors had been contacted by “an unauthorised third party” saying that a hostile bid had been made for JZCP and offering to buy their shares at $30 each.
