Video clips broadcast in the past two days on Sarajevo television appear to show Ratko Mladic – the former Bosnian Serb army commander wanted for war crimes and genocide – carrying on an active social life whilst on the run from international justice.

Bosnia-Herzegovina’s Federation TV programme 60 minutes said one scene at an unidentified ski resort could have been shot as recently as late last year.
