Swedish free market drive blocked by picket lines

Marching around outside Wild'n'Fresh, a salad bar in Gothenburg, western Sweden, were a group of burly men wearing red bibs marking them as members of an official picket line.

The gathered gang were members of Sweden's hotel and restaurant workers union, blockading the tiny bar and its owner, Sofia Appelgren, over her decision to deny staff a collective bargaining agreement.
