Mayor unveils 'green concierge' for Londoners

A green "concierge service" to provide bespoke make-overs of London homes to increase their energy efficiency and cut carbon emissions was launched by Ken Livingstone, London mayor, yesterday.

The service, aimed at wealthier Londoners, will offer full energy audits of houses, recommend the most appropriate contractors and manage the installation of energy efficient improvements such as insulation, renewable energy and water conservation measures.
