Arid Aral's future sees the sea again

When the Aral Sea finally disappeared over the horizon as seen from his village, Kanali abandoned fishing and took up farming instead.

Now the sea is more than 20km away and his camel pens in south Kazakhstan overlook a salt desert that once was a sparkling bay.
