Investors benefit from new indices

Nathan and Roz Leclercq, a young married couple from London, are testimony to the growth of the corporate governance industry. Whereas a decade ago they might typically have been employed in the City of London as accountants or administrators, today both make a living on the back of investors’ growing desire for companies to be well governed.

Mr Leclercq works as a governance analyst at Morley Fund Management and his wife at Institutional Shareholder Services, a governance consultancy with offices across the globe and 1,000 institutional investment clients.
