Why the European Court should find in favour of brand owners in Google AdWords case

The Google AdWords service, which has revolutionised the online advertising sector, seemed to get a vote of confidence last month from the European Court of Justice’s advocate general.

However, I don’t think the court itself will follow the advocate general’s guidance.
