Iran nuclear talks end amid doubts on deal

Western diplomats expressed serious doubts on Wednesday that Tehran would sign up to an agreement to reduce its stockpile of enriched uranium.

As two days of talks with Iran over its nuclear programme ended in Vienna Mohamed ElBaradei, director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said Tehran had agreed a draft proposal under which it would send most of its low-enriched uranium abroad for processing.
