Hips publisher is latest delay casualty

A leading publisher of home information packs went into administration the day the scheme went live – the latest casualty of the system’s troubled introduction.

First Sellers Pack, which offered a digital printing service for pack providers, went into administration after a cashflow shortfall, which its founder attributed to the decision to delay the scheme until August 1.
