The music world was rocked when Mr Justice Blackburne delivered his High Court ruling after installing an organ in his private quarters to do some after-hours homework.

The 2006 copyright dispute ended with the judge awarding 40 per cent of the musical copyright of the 1967 Procol Harum hit, "A Whiter Shade of Pale", to the group's keyboard player, Matthew Fisher.
