G20 yet to deliver on early promise

The Group of 20 leading nations designated itself as “the premier forum for our international economic co-operation” at the Pittsburgh summit in September.

Leaders of G20 countries, representing 85 per cent of the global economy, called on their finance ministers to make progress on climate finance and on ensuring the global recovery was strong, sustained and balanced at the weekend’s meeting in St Andrews, Scotland. So how is this premier league shaping up?
