Directories group in talks over debt

Seat Pagine Gialle, publisher of the Italian yellow pages, has entered into talks with the Royal Bank of Scotland to renegotiate the covenants on its senior debt.

Seat, which has €3.1bn ($3.9bn) of debt, is in talks with its largest creditor over €1.6bn of senior debt that is repayable in 2012. A further €1.3bn of junior debt must be repaid in 2014.
