Turks are a famously sociable people, but the advent of user-driven internet sites, popularly known as Web 2.0 – assorted online communities and services covering wikis, blogs and social networking and video-sharing sites – has sent Turkish users online in numbers that have technology analysts around the world scratching their heads.
