Network Rail's bonuses attacked

Rail regulators yesterday attacked Network Rail's remuneration committee, saying they were "surprised and disappointed" by its decision not to cut bonuses payable to staff for the year to the end of March.

The committee's decision was revealed in the company's annual report, published yesterday.
