On March 4 you spoke in Brussels on Britain and the European Union. You advocated a root-and-branch reform of the EU involving, among other gems, cherry-picking those ordinances we British wished to abide by and, where we chose, the repatriation of national powers. To accomplish this, by negotiation, you inaugurated the Movement for European Reform.
