The company responsible for lighting the New York Stock Exchange, Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris and the Piazza San Marco in Venice is to sue the European Commission over its imposition of tariffs on “green” light bulbs from China.
Targetti, which manufactures energy-efficient bulbs in China, will apply to strike down a one-year extension to anti-dumping duties against Chinese light bulbs that is expected to be confirmed by the European Union on Monday.
