Sibir Energy, a Russiafocused oil company listed in London, is suing two former directors in an attempt to recover $400m.

The UK High Court action follows the disclosure in February that Chalva Tchigirinski, a Russian investor who is one of Sibir's largest shareholders, owed the group $325m.
