News Corporation, publisher of the Sun, the Times and News of the World, is to remain in its well-known “Fortress Wapping” headquarters after cancelling a decision to relocate its business to the City of London.

The media group will instead consolidate its various business units – including News International, Harper Collins, MySpace, Dow Jones and Fox – into a new complex based round the existing building.
