Isoft, the UK-based medical software group, on Wednesday withdrew its recommendation of an offer from Germany’s CompuGroup and will instead recommend a 69p-a-share cash offer from IBA Health of Australia.

The move was made after CompuGroup said in a statement that it would not increase its cash offer of 66p per Isoft share, announced on July 20.
