Game Group has it all to play for

Profits at Game Group soared due to increased demand for video games from women and older generations and the collapse of competitors over Christmas.

The retailer, which has stores in 10 countries under the Game and Gamestation brands, said pre-tax profits had risen almost 75 per cent from £68.4m ($99m) to £119.6m in the 53 weeks to January 31.
