Dividend fears upset KCom

KCom , the telecommunications group based in Hull, eased 3.2 per cent to 37¾p amid concerns about the sustainability of its dividend.

These were raised by Landsbanki analyst Dan Gardiner, who yesterday lowered his free cash flow forecasts for KCom by 25 per cent to £15m to reflect rising pension and exceptional charges.
