The inquest begins today into the death of an Abbey National employee who fell from a balcony at the bank's London headquarters a year ago.

Solicitors for the parents of Richard Chang, who was an information technology analyst, said they had concerns about the circumstances leading up to his death and were hoping for either an open verdict or one of unlawful killing.
